Perfect hands homemade beauty recipes

As you know, beautiful and well-groomed hands are a woman's calling card. With the arrival of winter, they require special attention. That's when natural masks come to the rescue at home.

Under the guise of affectionate care

Since there are not very many sebaceous glands in the skin of the hands, it quickly loses its elasticity, becomes dry and rough, and eventually becomes covered with wrinkles and age spots. Every day in contact with household chemicals, the skin of the hands is exposed to aggressive effects of toxic substances, which makes it look lethargic and lifeless. In this respect, the benefits of natural masks are invaluable. All of them contain a large number of useful elements that actively nourish and regenerate the skin. Fruits and vegetables are rich in enzymes not found in artificial creams. But it is these enzymes that accelerate metabolic processes in cells and tone up the skin. In addition, natural masks have virtually no side effects. Unless, of course, you are allergic to individual components. Before making such masks, you need to cleanse the skin of your hands with a scrub, and after the procedure, apply a nourishing cream.

Healing food

So, what to make a natural hand and nail mask? Since nourishing masks are especially relevant in winter, honey is the best assistant in this matter. Mix 3 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. We rub our hands and nails with this mixture, put on cellophane gloves and leave for 15-20 minutes. You can mix honey with egg yolk and 1 tsp. oatmeal. We cover our hands with this mass, wrap them in cellophane and put on cotton gloves. For maximum benefit, it is advisable to leave this mask on overnight.

Plain boiled potatoes are also great for nourishing the skin. Crush the potato and mix with the milk. Apply the mask in a thick layer to your hands, put on cellophane gloves and leave for two hours. Ideal for nutritious fruit masks. Knead one banana and mix it with honey and a slice of butter. Lubricate the skin of the hands and nails with this gruel, put on gloves and wait for half an hour. If you have grapes at home, take a few berries, crush them, and mix with the oatmeal. With this soft scrub we thoroughly massage our hands and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Life-giving hydration

How to make a natural moisturizing hand and nail mask? Grind one cucumber, add 1 tbsp. l. oily sour cream, apply the resulting mass on the hands and stand for 30 minutes. This mask will, among other things, whiten pigment spots well. You can take some strawberries, mix them with the same sour cream and add a few drops of olive oil. Apply the mask in a thin layer, leave for 20-25 minutes and rinse off with cool water.

Aloe has excellent moisturizing properties. We turn several fleshy leaves into a gel-like gruel and add 1 tsp. honey. Apply the mask to the skin of the hands and nails for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Green tea combined with cottage cheese can work wonders. Mix 1 tbsp in a bowl. l. strong broth of green tea, 2 tbsp. l. spoons of cottage cheese, 1 tsp. olive oil and lemon zest. We cool the mask, apply it to the skin of the hands and leave it on for half an hour. This recipe will also help in moisturizing. Densely dilute 1 tbsp. l. cocoa in hot water, cool, add 1 tbsp. l. glycerin and grease hands. After 20 minutes, the mask can be washed off.

Radiant youth

Lavender helps fight premature aging of the skin

Anti-aging natural masks at home will help fight premature aging of the skin of the hands. One of the most effective is an oil mask. Mix in 1 tsp. almond and linseed oil, add ½ tsp. chopped wheat germ and a few drops of lavender oil. Combine this mixture with oatmeal gruel and dilute with linden broth. We apply it on the skin of the hands and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. This mask smoothes and brightens the skin well, and also strengthens the nails.

Sea buckthorn mask also has a rejuvenating effect. Grind a handful of sea buckthorn berries and mix with a small amount of wheat flour. Apply the mass in a thick layer, put on cellophane gloves and leave for 30-40 minutes. Pear is considered one of the most "rejuvenating" fruits. We need the pulp of one fruit, which we combine with honey and olive oil. Apply the mask to hands and nails in a thick layer and leave for 15 minutes. A peach will help against fading and dullness of the skin. Mix the pulp of the fruit with starch, grease the hands with gruel for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Paraffin masks give excellent results. Cosmetic paraffin wax, honey, fruit or oil base, warms the skin of the hands, tightens it and retains moisture. You can buy it at any pharmacy. We melt the paraffin in a water bath, cool slightly and immerse our hands in it. When it hardens, we put on cellophane gloves, insulate them with knitted mittens and leave for 30-40 minutes.

If you use natural hand and nail masks regularly, you can save money on visits to beauty salons. After all, the skin of the hands will already be smooth, fresh and well-groomed.
