As it turned out, this drink prolongs sleep by an hour and a half on average and makes it stronger. To enhance the effect, you can add a pinch of vanilla to the cherry juice, the pleasant aroma of which quickly relieves stress. The extract of this plant slows down the activity of the brain processes and helps to overcome emotional stress. It is no coincidence that lavender is used in aromatherapy and other relaxing treatments. Mix dry chamomile and lavender flowers in equal proportions, pour boiling water over, cover with a saucer and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then we filter the broth, add a spoonful of honey and mix well. Put in a separate bowl 30 g of oregano, 20 g of mint, 20 g of valerian root and several hawthorn flowers. Thoroughly grind all components and pour a glass of boiling water. We insist the mixture under a closed lid for half an hour. The healing broth must be drunk before meals for a week, after which you can enjoy a pleasant sleep.

Dill, or rather its seeds, will also help ward off insomnia. Pour a tablespoon of dill seeds with cahors (250 ml) and add 100 g of honey. We heat the resulting mixture properly, but do not bring it to a boil, after which we remove it from the heat and insist for a day. The infusion should be taken in 1-2 tbsp. l. before bedtime. These and other remedies for insomnia can be supplemented with a special herbal sleeping bag. The fabric for him should not be very dense and allow air to pass through well. We put in a bag a mixture of dry herbs from motherwort, lavender, mint, lemon balm, St. John's wort and oregano. Then we tie it tightly with a ribbon and put it under the pillow.
