At the very end, add 2-3 tsp. sorbitol or any sweetener, as well as 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. l. flakes of coconut and a pinch of vanilla for flavor. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and use a spoon to spread the meringue in the form of "droplets" on it. We send the baking sheet to an oven preheated to 110 ° C and bake for 50-60 minutes. Do not rush to immediately take out the dessert - let it stand there for 15–20 minutes. Otherwise, the meringue may fall off. Even children will like this dietary dessert. Especially for them, you can serve meringues with condensed milk, jam or maple syrup.

Desserts without baked goods always come to the rescue when you desperately want to pamper yourself with something tasty while dieting. And here, light summer desserts with berries are unmatched. Blackberry sorbet is one of the best incarnations. In a small saucepan, bring 250 ml of water to a boil and pour 150 g of sweetener into it. Stirring constantly, bring the syrup to a boil, cook for another minute, then remove from heat. Cool and put in the refrigerator. Puree with a blender 500 g of blackberries, mix them with chilled syrup and carefully filter through a sieve. Add 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice and 2 tbsp. l. any berry liqueur if you wish. We transfer the mass to a plastic container and put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours. We take out the sorbet every hour and punch it with a blender. This summer cold dessert of wondrous color will effectively complement the leaves of fresh mint, lemon balm or other fragrant herbs. And for children, you can sweeten the sorbet with syrup.

Light jelly desserts will not harm your figure. First, soak 10 g of gelatin in ½ cup of chilled boiled water for about an hour. Bring 2½ cups of low-fat milk to a boil, remove from the stove and add 3 tbsp. l. Sahara. Bring the milk to a boil again, let it cool slightly, then add the gelatin. In order for a dietary milk dessert to freeze and turn out elastic, in no case boil gelatin. Ideally, its temperature should not exceed 80 ° C. Stir the gelatin well, add a pinch of vanilla and pass the mass through a sieve. Pour the milk base into molds or glasses and refrigerate. When the jelly hardens, we lower the molds for 2 seconds in boiling water - this way their shape will be perfectly preserved. Serve the jelly with a refreshing lime or add different fruits. Diet chocolate dessert - this is not fiction, but quite a real dish. To prepare it, mix 200 ml of natural low-fat yogurt without additives and 50 g of this bitter cocoa powder. We also send a ripe banana sliced ​​into circles, and 2 tsp. vanilla sugar. Using a blender, beat all the ingredients into a smooth smooth mass, tighten the bowl of mousse with cling film and send to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If you want to make this summer dessert in a couple of minutes, cool all the ingredients in advance. Fill the chocolate mousse of the ice-cream bowl, gently spread the favorite fruits and berries on top.
