To make it less boring to eat, you can make a refreshing fruit and berry smoothie. To do this, combine 200 g of raspberries, 2 bananas, 4 kiwi in a blender and turn them into a homogeneous mass. You can add some ice for a cooling effect. Pour the smoothie into glasses, add a spoonful of flower honey, and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts on top and mix well. This vitamin cocktail is especially useful to prepare in the morning instead of your usual breakfast.

Due to the high content of special dietary fiber and antioxidants, this berry strengthens the heart and blood vessel walls, normalizes blood pressure and lowers cholesterol levels.

Smoothies with strawberries turn out to be unusually tasty and healthy, especially when combined with other fruits. Take a few large ripe strawberries, one banana, and a large sweet apple. Cut all the ingredients into cubes and mix with the juice of two limes, mint sprigs and a glass of ice water. Then turn this mass into fruit and berry puree using a blender. Pour into glasses, decorate with mint and enjoy the cool strawberry.

A smoothie made from it will charge the body with a portion of vitamins and a good mood. The basis will be chilled milk. You can use almond or coconut milk to give the drink an original tropical flavor. For this recipe, cherries should be dark, sweet and not too watery. We release it from the seeds, mix it with strawberries in equal proportions and fill it with a glass of milk. When the blender turns the berries into a homogeneous mass, add a pinch of vanilla and beat again. Pour into glasses and decorate with the remaining fresh berries.

The largest caliber summer berry is the watermelon. Carotene, ascorbic acid, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, mineral salts - this is just a modest list of its useful substances. Fiber and pectins, which are also rich in watermelon, improve intestinal motility and cleanse the liver of harmful substances. This striped berry is useful for cystitis, nephritis, and kidney sand. It is especially recommended for expectant mothers, since folic acid contributes to the favorable development of the fetus. And also watermelon, as if by magic, relieves hangover, since it has a strong diuretic effect. However, this property is useful for any organism.

Watermelon is great on its own, however, some combinations make it tastier and healthier. We need 500 g of watermelon and the same amount of melon, which we will pre-peel and seed and cool. Mix the melon and watermelon pulp separately in a blender and add a little powdered sugar to each ingredient. At the bottom of a deep glass, first pour the melon puree, and top up with watermelon. Decorate this cocktail with abstract colored mint leaves.
