Oils for sports

We decided to go in for sports? Perfectly! Then helpful to know that aromatherapy oils can help to sustain the load, the rhythm will make you fitter, stronger and more active.

For stimulation of the muscles: the oil of juniper, eucalyptus, rosemary.

To supply the muscles: black pepper oil, ginger, rosemary, lavender, cypress, juniper, peppermint, grapefruit, orange.

To maintain aerobic respiration in: oils of eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, geranium.

Before the competition you will calm: a mixture of oils of rosemary, lemon, lavender and chamomile.

For better blood circulation: the rose.

To prevent muscle soreness: oils of eucalyptus, peppermint and ginger.

How to prepare a mixture of oils?

The essential oil was diluted before applying to the skin. As a basis, take a good vegetable oil (coconut, apricot kernel, sweet almond, jojoba). If the skin is dry, add a mixture of 10% avocado oil, or wheat germ (1 1 to drop of essential tsp vegetable oil).

heat it up to room temperature before use a mixture of oils. Remember that pure essential oils are very Concentration (1 tsp of rose essential oil is produced from the flowers 5000). Use them carefully at home:

- do not use more than two oils at the same time,

- to prepare an aroma bath, no more than two drops are required,

- do not use the same oil every day for a week.
