We will need 1 tsp. porridge, to which we add 2 Art. l fresh banana puree and a vial of vitamin C purchased at the pharmacy. As usual, apply the mask on 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and lubricate with nourishing cream. Nutrient oil masks rich in vitamin E have a noticeable effect. Mix the yolk of one egg with the juice of half a lemon and 1 tsp. olive oil. We leave the mask on the face for 20 minutes, after which we remove it with a cotton pad dipped in milk.

In a small bowl mix 2 Art. l low-fat cottage cheese, according to 1 tsp. honey and fresh lemon juice, as well as egg yolk. We transform components into homogeneous mass and we lubricate clean face skin with it. After 15 minutes, thoroughly wash off the mask with warm water and apply a moisturizer. Regular glycerin will help to overcome dryness. A tablespoon of this substance is diluted with 2 Art. l boiled water and pour 4 a drop of liquid vitamin E or aevita, which is in any pharmacy. Apply the mask on 15 minutes, then wash off.

Flowers and berries against fat

Oily skin requires special care in the autumn-winter period. A special mask for it can be made from cranberries. Mash in a separate dish 2 Art. spoons of berries and turn them into a homogeneous gruel, then apply on pre-prepared skin of the face. After 15 minutes, wash it off with warm water and finish the procedure with a moisturizing cream. Perfect for oily skin chamomile infusion. A couple of teaspoons of dried flowers kept in a glass of boiling water. Then take 1 Art. l chamomile infusion, mix with egg yolk and apply a thin layer on cleansed skin. After 20 minutes, wash off the mask using the same chamomile infusion.
