It does not make much effort, especially if you make useful meatballs. 500 Mr. turkey fillet minced with a meat grinder along with onion, garlic cloves, zucchini and celery stalks. Knead minced, add to it 4 tsp. oatmeal, salt, spices to taste and form meatballs. We make onion and carrot roast in a saucepan, put the meatballs in there, fill with water and simmer 30 minutes for a moderate heat. Serve this dish can be with fresh herbs and sour cream. This recipe is quite suitable for multi-cooker or double boiler.

First of all, clean the beef 400 of films and fatty layers. Then cut the meat into large slices, beating each one out a little to make the meat softer. Rub it with salt and place it in a preheated pan, greased with oil. After a few minutes, pour the meat with a small amount of water and leave to languish. In the meantime, we rub a large boiled carrot on a small grater, 1 tomato, mix everything with 150 ml of water or milk and juice of half a lemon. Pour this beef sauce and simmer for a few more minutes. Also, beef can be cooked on a grill or grill pan, in this case stewed carrots and tomatoes will serve as a light side dish.

First, cut 800 g rabbit fillet into pieces and marinate in a mixture of apple cider vinegar and rosemary for 2-3 hours. When the meat is sufficiently saturated, we begin to sauté 4 onions and 800 g of porcini mushrooms in oil. Lightly fry the pickled rabbit meat in another skillet. Next, take a saucepan with thick walls and put in layers mushrooms and onions, 3 diced eggplants and carrots, rabbit meat. At the same time, sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Pour water into a saucepan so that it covers all the products, and simmer for 40 minutes over the lowest heat. Then put 500 g of sour cream in a saucepan and let the stew stand for a few more minutes. When serving, the stew can be garnished with a sprig of spicy arugula.
