The basic principle of the color diet is simple - every day there are products of the same color range. So, the first day is devoted to products of white color. These include chicken and turkey, white lean fish, durum wheat pasta, tofu, white and cauliflower, white beans. Fruits are allowed bananas and white pears. It is better to drink all this with white tea and water without gas. It is worth considering that such food is rich in carbohydrates, so a single serving should be modest and should not exceed the amount in 300 g. Follow fractional diet with 6 – 7 meals every 2 – 3 hour, and then you will not have time to get hungry.

For the second day we will have to make a list of the products of red color. It will include red varieties of fish and meat. However, only in cooked, baked or stewed and without salt. Feel free to lean on red apples and grapes, grapefruits, pomegranates, cranberries, cherries and strawberries. In between, you can drink karkade tea. The fourth day will be spent enjoying the products of green color. At the head of the table are broccoli, kohlrabi and Brussels sprouts. They are replete with antioxidants that protect our cells from destruction and cancer. The cabbage is most useful in salads with green peas, green beans, green peppers and cucumbers. Gourmets can put out asparagus for themselves. All leafy vegetables, as well as fresh greens, are also welcome. The allowed fruits and berries on the list are few. Choose between green apples, kiwi, avocado and green grapes. However, one can always make rich vitamin smoothies from them. Supplement this menu can only one drink - green tea.

Since not everyone has such a test on the shoulder, it is better to stock up with skimmed yogurt or milk whey in advance. They will help to subdue the appetite and safely complete the dietary marathon. The main advantage of a color diet is a varied and well-balanced menu. If all conditions are met for the week, you can reset 3-4 kg. And yet such a diet strongly exhausts the body and can strike at the wallet. And in the presence of chronic diseases - even on health.
