Buryat Amta increased production of sweets to 40%

The confectionary factory Amta this year increased the production of confectionery products by 40%. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Foodstuffs of the Republic of Belarus, the consumption of confectionery products in the republic is returning to the pre-crisis level and is about 25 kg per year per capita, reports IA Buryad Ynen.

The increase in production at the Amta confectionery factory ensured an increase in the production of flour confectionery products - sugar and shortbread cookies.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Foodstuffs of the Republic of Belarus reports that to a greater extent these results were achieved by replacing imported confectionery products from other regions.

Recall that last year the factory produced 1238 tons of confectionery products, and this year it is planned to double production to 2400 tons. This is more than the company has ever produced.

Today the range of "amtovskoy" products is about 200 titles. Each month only sugar cookies are produced around 100 tons. However, the factory management plans to increase production threefold. To this end, last year the modernization of equipment began at the enterprise: the line for the production of sugar cookies was being reconstructed. Purchased machine for its packaging, as well as technological equipment. In the future, it is planned to re-equip the caramel line.
