Minimum servings of alcohol are dangerous to health

American doctors have denied the widespread belief about the benefits of moderate alcohol consumption of the heart. The study is published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, briefly about it according to the American Heart Association.

Eating 10 grams of alcohol each day is associated with an increase in the 5 percent risk of developing atrial fibrillation. Every additional 10 grams of alcohol that are used on a daily basis, related to the expansion of the left atrium to 0,16 millimeters.
