At the International Exhibition "Meat industry. Chicken King. Refrigeration Industry for agriculture / VIV Russia 2017 »represent a new direction

About his participation in the forthcoming exhibition have already announced more than 300 companies from Austria, Belarus, Belgium, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Germany, Denmark, Israel, Iran, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, USA, Turkey, Ukraine, France, Czech Republic, South Korea and other countries, who will present the latest technologies, equipment and innovative projects in the field of livestock breeding, pig breeding, poultry farming, fish culture, forage production and animal health.

In addition to individual stands, national pavilions of France, China, Korea and the USA will be presented.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the international Fish & SeaFood Summit will be held, at which topical issues of the development of the domestic fish industry market in new conditions will be considered. The summit will include a business program consisting of a Plenary session and thematic sessions.

The exposition will present fish production complete technological chain: production - fish processing - packaging - logistics / transport, including refrigeration equipment - marketing / distribution networks - the final product.

The following companies plan to present their equipment and technologies for the fishing industry: Marel FoodSystems, HAARSLEV, OLEX HOLDING, BAADER, Heinen Freezing, VDL Agrotech, Ottevanger Milling Engineers and others. The presence of such well-known foreign manufacturers will provide a unique opportunity for representatives of the Federal Agency for Fishery and domestic companies to discuss the possibility of creating engineering sites in Russia, where technologies will be developed not only for waste disposal, but also technological equipment for fish processing. The issue of localizing the production of equipment for the fishing industry with the participation of Western partners will become one of the key topics of the Moscow Fish & SeaFood Summit.

Within the framework of the business program, the representatives of the State Duma's profile committee will comment on the implementation of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation aimed at developing the fishing industry, drafting government acts designed to implement the provisions of the Federal Law of June 3 2016 No. 349-FZ "On Amendments the Federal law "On fishery and preservation of aquatic biological resources" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of improving the distribution of that's harvest (catch) of aquatic biological resources ", relating to the provision of quotas for investment purposes.

An important focus of the forthcoming Summit will be the discussion of measures to provide the population with affordable and high-quality food and other products of living aquatic resources. Scheduled a special "round table" on the theme: "On the safety of fish and fish products" on the basis of the technical regulations adopted by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEC). The document is one of the basic technical regulations of the Union in the field of food safety. It establishes the requirements for food fish products produced in the EEA, as well as for the production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal, as well as for marking and packing such goods to ensure their free movement in the market of the Union.

Particular emphasis in the program of the Summit will be made for the continuation of work on the expansion of the logistics infrastructure for the delivery of public quality of fish and fish products, control of transport tariffs, production of modern means of transportation of chilled and frozen products.

The promotion of the development of the theme of fish products, the exhibition will act tasting area, for which Moscow fish restaurants prepare special menus and culinary program with master classes and presentations. The novelties gastronomic feast will be oysters and mussels from the Crimea, as well as granular caviar salmon and trout fish from aquaculture farms.

Representatives of industry associations, major fishing and fish processing companies, as well as representatives of federal executive authorities are invited to participate in the Fish & SeaFood Summit.
