The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia granted the large German dairy producer DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH. to acquire in Russia cheese production, according to a service message.
The report states that the Deutsches Milchkontor applied for the acquisition of rights allowing to determine the conditions of entrepreneurial activity Bobrovsky cheese factory (trade of agricultural and animal), companies' ChizArt "(processing of milk and cheese production)," Dart "(lease of real estate) and "FlamanFraht" (processing of milk and cheese production). All companies registered in the Voronezh region.
In addition, writes "BBC News," the petition relating to the acquisition of rights in relation to companies' RichArt TD "," Feliya "," RichArt M "," FudTreyd "," Company RichArt "and" RichArt Group ", which are located in Moscow and Moscow region and are engaged in trade of dairy products, eggs and edible oils and fats.
According to BIR-Analyst, the owners of all these companies are Igor Kalinin and Arsen Magomedov.
DMK Deutsches Milchkontor is one of the largest dairy producers in Germany and Europe. The company unites 8,9 thousands of milk producers. DMK production is located in ten German provinces, the annual processing volume is 6,8 million tons of milk. The company's revenue is about 5,3 billion euros.
