The turnover of catering for the 9 3,7 months decreased by%

The turnover of public catering in Russia in January-September decreased by 2016 years 3,7% at constant prices compared to the same period last year - up to 961,5 billion rubles, according to the Federal State Statistics Service report.

In September the index decreased in annual terms as the 3,7%, amounting 121 billion rubles, as compared to August of this year - increased by 6,8%.

For comparison, writes RIA Novosti, in September 2015, the year-on-year decline in turnover was 3,3%, and in January-September of the previous year the turnover decreased by 5,2% to the corresponding period of the year 2014.

Rosstat take into account the turnover of restaurants, cafes, bars, canteens at enterprises and establishments and organizations - providers of catering products. Domestic restaurant market began to decline in October 2014 year, when turnover decline of 1%. Last year the catering company turnover decreased by 5,5% - up to 1,301 trillion rubles.
