Rosselkhoznadzor (RSKHN) decided to withdraw its inspectors from India due to technical unreadiness of the competent authorities of that country to the inspection of five companies producing buyvolyatinu, according to the Russian agency on Friday.
"Due to technical unreadiness of the competent authorities in India to inspection by Rosselkhoznadzor decided to withdraw its inspectors from India, where in late November 2016 on the initiative of the State Inspectorate for veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of Kyrgyzstan planned to inspect five Indian companies for the production of products of animal origin ( buffalo meat), "- said in a statement.
Russian authorities then believes that the Kyrgyz side, being the initiator of this test, is solely responsible for ensuring its proper preparation and, therefore, for its breakdown.
"For the information available to the Rosselkhoznadzor practice of inspections in third countries for the first time this happens. In this regard, Rosselkhoznadzor addressed the Eurasian Economic Commission to discuss the situation in order to prevent the initiation of such "inspections" in the future ", - added in the department.
