Ukraine responded trade sanctions Moldova

Sales Representative of Ukraine Natalia Mykolskiy said that the country could impose retaliatory trade sanctions against Moldova, which was previously imposed restrictions on imports of a number of Ukrainian goods, reported on Wednesday edition of "Word and Deed".

Earlier, the government of Moldova has introduced a temporary customs duties on import of Ukrainian meat and dairy products, as well as set a quota on imports. The decision was made at the request of the manufacturer in order to protect the domestic market.

"Our exporters are suffering from millions of losses. Therefore, we reserve the right to apply measures that will cause even more damage to the Moldovan exporters and other sectors of the Moldovan economy ", - quotes Mykolskiy edition.

According to her, Moldovan actions contradict the pro-European ideas and principles, and are considered by Ukraine as unfriendly and discriminatory.
