Homemade Mayonnaise

Homemade Mayonnaise250 g of vegetable oil, egg yolk 2, 1 hours. Mustard spoon, 1 hours. Spoonful of sugar, 2 Art. spoon 3% solution of vinegar, salt to taste.

Vegetable oil to cool. The raw egg yolks, carefully separated from whites, add the mustard, salt, and rub well. Then pour in a continuous whipping at 1 Art. spoon vegetable oil to make a thick homogeneous emulsion. Then add the vinegar, sugar, and stir thoroughly.
