Pork "Pineapple delight"

Ingredients:

2 kg pork neck

1 kg. potato
1 Bank of canned pineapple (500 c)
250 c. hard cheese
50 ml. mayonnaise
seasoning for pork

Preparation:

1. Pork cut into portions, add salt, sprinkle with seasoning, put on oiled baking.
2. Boil the potatoes in a «uniform», cool, peel and grate.
3. Put the potatoes in the meat.
4. Pineapple cut into small pieces, cheese and cut into small slices, all mixed, add the mayonnaise.
