For this occasion, you can make chocolate muffins. First you need to mix flour with sugar, cocoa and instant coffee, adding here the milk chocolate chopped on a grater. Then we prepare the liquid base: melt the butter on the stove, cool it and mix it with milk and eggs. Whisk the mixture vigorously and add it to the dry chocolate mass. Mix everything well until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Then it remains to fill the greased muffin tins with chocolate dough and send them to bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Since the dough rises as it cooks, the tins should be filled about 2/3 full. You can easily check if the muffins are ready by piercing them with a toothpick: if it stays dry, it's time to remove the muffins from the oven. Finally, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

Hours of outdoor recreation sweeten banana cookies. The dough for him is made from flour, butter, eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. You can add coconut chips and a little cardamom for a pleasant aroma. Several fresh bananas are carefully kneaded with a fork and sprinkled with lemon juice. The resulting puree mix with previously prepared mass. From the dough we make cute buns and set them on a greased baking sheet, slightly pressing down on top. In the oven, the koloboks are lightly brown for 15-20 minutes, after which they will be ready for a picnic trip.
