We bring the mixture to a boil and cook 5 minutes, then remove from heat and repeat the procedure two more times. During cooking in introducing 1 berry weight of a glass of honey, adding it to a spoon and stirring constantly. To make an unusual flavor in the end, you can pour a few tablespoons of rum. It now remains to spread jam on the sterilized jars and roll up.

Lingonberry fantasy

Cowberry Jam Lingonberry jam can be made no less original. Let's start by making the syrup: pour 1kg of sugar with a glass of water in a large saucepan. We keep the syrup on fire, stirring constantly, until it finally thickens. Rinse lingonberries (1 kg), sort out and dry. We remove the peel and core of pears (1 kg), cut into equal slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine berries and pears with syrup, stir with a wooden spatula and put on medium heat. As soon as the jam boils, remove it from the stove and let it cool for 2-3 hours. We repeat this procedure twice. For the third time, the jam is kept for 15-20 minutes on the lowest heat and stirred continuously. At the end, we lay it out in banks, roll it up and wrap it with a blanket.

Excellent couple of cranberries make zucchini. The taste is reminiscent of pineapple jam and connoisseurs will enjoy unusual recipes. Take 300, the cranberries, sugar and 1,3 1 kg kg zucchini. The berries are washed and dried, zucchini peeled and cut into cubes. Prepare the sugar syrup and add it to our billets. Cook this mixture over low heat until the squash will not be transparent.

Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to the weakest and cook for 30 minutes.

To cloudberry jam got more sophisticated, berries, after washing, you can moisten the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Separately, prepare the syrup, the sugar (1,5 kg) did not dissolve with water, and dry white wine (250 ml). The resulting syrup add cloudberries and cook until tender. At the end, as usual, spread it on the banks roll up and put them in a dark place.

Blueberry Jam Another wonderful forest berry that sweetens the winter months is blueberries. Preserve its beneficial properties will help blueberry jam in its own juice. We spread the hot jam on the banks and pasteurize them: liter - about 30 minutes, half-liter - at least 20. And only then they can be rolled up.   

From blueberry get great candy, which can also be stored for a long time. Falling asleep 1 kg of washed berries 600 ml of purified water, a little podogreem, rub through a sieve and boiled down to the very low heat until a thick mass. Evenly fill her special broad form or pan and remove it in a cool place. Once the mass hardens, carefully separate the sheet from the resulting surface and turn it.

Cranberry extravaganza

Cranberry Jam Replenish the collection of summer preparations with cranberry jam, the highlight of which is walnuts. The successful combination of work, if you add to the cranberries fresh apples. To do this, washed cranberries (1 kg) mince.
