Mix all the ingredients, add salt to taste and add your favorite spices if desired. The result should be a liquid dough. Grease a tall baking dish or a frying pan without a handle and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the zucchini dough into it, sprinkle generously with grated cheese, put tomato circles on top. We put the dish in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 180 ° C. The finished pizza should be allowed to cool properly and only then removed from the mold.

Delicious spring pizza The combination of bell pepper and fresh herbs also looks organic. First, let's prepare the dough. Grind 2 tsp. sugar and 150 g of softened butter, then add 200 g of sifted flour, break 1 egg and knead the dough. We roll it into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Meanwhile, cut 5-7 colored bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Cut 3 small onions in half rings, fry them with pepper in butter until golden brown, salt and pepper to taste. We roll out the chilled dough into a round layer, grease it with sour cream and put slices of pickled tomatoes on it. Spread the toasted peppers and onions evenly on top. Sprinkle the pizza with chopped olives and chopped garlic. It remains to bake it in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Serve with fresh herbs!

Spinach - A Great Option For Stuffing Spring Pizza

You can use spinach as one of the ingredients in spring pizza. For this option, let's prepare a yeast dough. Mix ¼ cup warmed milk with a glass of warm water, 1 tsp. dry yeast and a pinch of salt. Gradually add a glass of sifted flour here and add 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. Knead the dough thoroughly, put it in a bowl, cover with foil and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop 200 g of spinach. Cut a large onion in half rings, cut 3 cloves of garlic lengthwise into three parts. We pour them with a mixture of 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, put 2-3 chopped sprigs of tarragon. Roll the finished dough into two round layers, lightly grease them with olive oil, sprinkle with sweet paprika, evenly distribute spinach and onion with garlic. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top and gently break two raw eggs into the center of each pizza so that they do not spread. We bake pizza for 15 minutes at a temperature of 250 ° C.

For slimming gourmets, there is also a pizza recipe that will not hurt your figure in any way. For example, a dietary mini cauliflower pizza without flour. Boil cauliflower inflorescences weighing 400 g in salted water and grind in a blender. Add the beaten egg, 150 g grated cheese, 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, a clove of minced garlic, salt and spices to taste. Knead the dough, divide it into three parts, roll out not too thin cakes and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 240 ° C. Meanwhile, we are preparing the filling. Chop 8-10 cherry tomatoes and 150 g mozzarella. Grease the ruddy mini-pizzas with tomato paste, put the filling on them and put in the oven for literally 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Garnish with fresh herbs when serving.

You can make spring pizza from any fruit or berries. Sweet fruit pizza? Why not! As always, let's start with the test. We grate 30 g of butter and combine it with 80 g of sifted flour, 1 egg and 4 tbsp. l. brown sugar. We grind this mixture until a loose consistency is obtained and mix with 2 tbsp. l. oatmeal. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it with cling film and put it to rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. At this time, chop 100 g of fresh strawberries, 2 peaches (canned). Roll the finished dough into a thin cake, grease it with sour cream, jam or chocolate paste and lay out the fruit filling. Season the pizza with liquid honey and send it to bake for 5–7 minutes at a temperature of 270 ° С. You can make spring pizza from any other fruit or berries. And it's best to serve it hot, adding a ball of ice cream.
