In the summer, each of us cools down to the best of our ability and imagination. And so that family and friends do not get bored of the continuous lemonades and juices, we propose to replenish the collection of summer drinks with something new and interesting.
And for this we will turn our gaze to sunny Italy, where granite is adored - a summer soft drink reminiscent of sorbet. Remove the zest from the orange and lemon, squeeze the juice out of them. Mix 3 diced peaches, a pear and 100 g of strawberries, fill them with citrus juice. Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, add 100 g of sugar and ½ tsp. cinnamon, cook for 5 minutes. Pour fruits with this mixture, cool and put in the refrigerator for an hour. Then we filter the juice, combine it with 100 ml of mineral water and put it in the freezer for 3 hours. Beat the mixture every 30 minutes to create crushed sweet ice. In the final, lay out the granite in glasses and decorate with an orange slice. Such an original cocktail will refresh with its one look.
The Spaniards chill out in summer sipping on their favorite sangria. Traditionally, this cocktail is made from red wine. But a summer sangria soft drink is just as delicious. At the bottom of the carafe, place 50 g of strawberries and large red grapes, cut in half. Add ¼ pineapple and 1 orange slices. Bring 5 liters of water to a boil and immediately turn off the heat. Pour 5 tbsp into a saucepan. l. hibiscus flowers and cover for 5-6 minutes. To add flavor, you can add a couple of broken cardamom fruit. It is believed that sugar spoils the taste of the drink, but an exception can be made for sweets. In Australia, for example, syrup is added to this summer homemade drink. To do this, mix 50 ml of water with 50 g of sugar and cook until thickened. And lemon juice is poured into the tea broth. Finished hibiscus should spend the night in the refrigerator to fill up and acquire a deep red hue. There is no better drink for a summer family breakfast.
What are our favorite compotes not summer refreshing drinks? Moreover, the abundance of berries is at our complete disposal. We take 200-300 g of black and white currants, raspberries, gooseberries, blackberries, strawberries or any berries that come to mind. You can add plums and apricots to the assortment. We wash the fruits and berries, put them in a large bowl, pour 500-700 g of sugar and pour 7 liters of water. You can add a vanilla pod, a cinnamon stick and fresh mint leaves to make the drink enchantingly fragrant. Bring the compote to a boil and cook on low heat for no longer than 5 minutes - this way the berries will not lose their shape. Now it remains to cool it, pour it into glasses and put more fruits and berries for the delight of children and adults.
Wonderful berry fruit drinks are good at any time of the year. In winter they warm and protect from the ubiquitous cold, in summer they give a delightful coolness. A refreshing raspberry drink recipe will easily convince you of this. We wipe 2 cups of berries through a sieve, carefully filter the juice and send it to cool in the refrigerator. Pour the remaining berry pulp with a liter of water, add the zest of 1 lemon and 50 g of mint leaves. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil, boil over low heat for 7-10 minutes, filter and cool. Combine squeezed raspberry juice with ½ cup of sugar, grind everything with a crush and pour into the berry broth. Stir the sugar properly, cool it for another half hour - the vitamin juice for the whole family is ready.

Who said that summer refreshments are made exclusively from fruits and vegetables? In the Caucasus, homemade ayran does an excellent job with this task - a tasty and healthy tonic fermented milk drink. Cool in advance 600 g of natural yoghurt without additives and 200 ml of mineral water. Using a blender, beat the ingredients into a homogeneous foamy mass. Shred 8-10 sprigs of parsley, dill, cilantro, celery and any other herbs that are at hand. The finer it is cut, the more fragrant and richer the ayran will turn out. Mix greens with fermented milk base and add salt to taste. Remember, ayran quickly loses its miraculous properties, so you need to drink it immediately after preparation.
