Ginger with lemon and honey
Honey, ginger and lemon are a famous trio for healing and strengthening the body. But "So simple!" suggests to add this symphony of taste with one more ingredient - pumpkin (believe, it will fit perfectly!).
We almost always use pumpkin after heat treatment, when part of the nutrients is already lost. The composition of this vegetable is really impressive: vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B12), vitamin A, C, PP and K, which is not found in all vegetables and fruits. Losing such a good is a crime!
You can safely vary the number of ingredients, based on your taste preferences: add more honey, if you like sweeter, or less ginger, so that the bitterness is not so felt.
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 medium ginger root
- 200 – 300 g pumpkin
- 200 g of honey
By the way, you can do without lime, replacing it with another lemon, but bear in mind that vitamin C in lime is found almost 2 times more!
From the specified number of ingredients, approximately 500 g of finished product is obtained, which is beautifully stored in the refrigerator. Although such preparation will not linger for a long time: it is painfully tasty with fresh pastries, pancakes or just with tea!
